Who leads LogicX
Reza Malik, founder of LogicX. On every engagement your single point of contact and the senior lead, from the first call to delivery.
Reza has led software teams and IT programmes for more than 25 years, in banking, telecoms, e-commerce and gaming and for the European institutions. His employers and clients include ING, ABN AMRO, Essent Kabelcom, Irdeto, Nikon, Worldline, Souq.com (now Amazon.ae), Playtech, the European Parliament and the European Commission.
He was Director of Software Engineering at Souq.com, where he led a 40-person development organisation, Head of Software Development at Odobo (acquired by Playtech) and Software Development Manager at Irdeto. As Director of Beaconhouse Technology he rolled out Odoo and ERPNext.
For the European Parliament he recovered and delivered a stalled system for accredited journalists. In a €2 million European Commission cyber-security project he ran a €500,000 delivery workstream. At Worldline he set up a distributed team that cut front-office software cost by 30%. For Nikon Europe he moved 17 e-commerce sites onto a fixed monthly release rhythm. As co-founder and CTO of AutoReady he built the apps, portal and back office for a marketplace that sold PKR 250 million in its first six months.

Every engagement has one senior lead at LogicX, from the first call to delivery. When more specialists join, we select and manage them ourselves: developers, testers, and ERP, AI and SEO specialists from a network of specialists we select ourselves. It is not a fixed team; each engagement gets the people that fit it.
Honest about follow-on work
If a review or discovery recommends work we could do ourselves, we say so in writing. The plan is yours: carry it out with us, with your current supplier or with someone else.
Clear agreements up front
A fixed price, a fixed monthly fee or a day rate, always agreed in advance. A review has a fixed scope and duration; an ERP project starts with a paid discovery, so the price that follows rests on facts. Remote or on site, depending on what the engagement needs.

How does an engagement with LogicX start?
With a 30-minute call in which you tell us what is going on. If it fits, you get a proposal with scope, timing and a fixed price or rate. If it does not fit, we say so in the call.
Who works on an engagement?
Every engagement has one senior lead at LogicX. If more specialists are needed, we select and manage them ourselves, from a network of specialists we select ourselves. You have one point of contact; who else joins depends on the engagement.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Leadership is based in the Netherlands. How much is on site and how much is remote, we agree per engagement.
