Software delivery by an experienced team

A team of developers and testers that builds, tests and delivers your software: a new product, a custom application or extensions to your ERP. We put the team together, manage it day to day and check the work before it reaches you. You have one point of contact at LogicX, and the team works from several countries under Dutch leadership.

What is software delivery by LogicX?

LogicX provides a team of developers and testers that builds, tests and delivers your software. We put the team together, manage it day to day and check the work. You have one point of contact at LogicX and keep sight of progress and quality.

Who we supply

A complete project team

Developers and testers together, for a project with an agreed goal, plan and delivery, managed day to day by LogicX.

How it starts

Step 1

Intake

What you need, for how long, and to what quality. Also: which systems and data the team will need.

Step 2

Selection

We choose the specialists and introduce the team to you, with who does what.

Step 3

Start

Agreements on ways of working, planning, reporting and access, recorded in the proposal.

Step 4

Management

Day-to-day management and quality control by LogicX. You deal with one person, not the whole team.

Composition

The team fits the job: one developer for maintenance, or developers and a tester side by side for a project. We select the people and introduce them to you.

Onboarding

At the start we agree how the team works: which tools, which plan, how often you hear from us and who checks the work before it reaches you. Your point of contact at LogicX onboards the team onto your systems and your way of working.

Security and data

Which access the team gets, to which systems and data, is agreed per engagement and recorded in the proposal. Data protection arrangements, such as a data processing agreement and transfers outside the EEA or the UK, are discussed per engagement before work starts.

Reporting

You hear from your point of contact on a fixed rhythm. The form and frequency are agreed at the start: progress, findings and what happens next period. Testers deliver clear reports of findings.

Scaling down or stopping

A team can grow, shrink or stop, with 30 days' notice. What we build for you is yours: at the end we hand over the code and a handover document. Training for your own people can be added on request, as paid work.

Frequently asked questions

Where are the specialists based?

In several countries, with Dutch leadership. Which countries are suitable for your engagement depends on what the team must do and on the data arrangements.

Will you be in direct contact with the specialists?

Usually not. You have one point of contact at LogicX, who manages the team. If direct contact is really needed, we arrange it.

How does LogicX check the work?

Before work reaches you, your point of contact looks at it: code review for development work and a test report for testing.

How is this different from a staffing agency?

A staffing agency supplies a person you manage yourself. LogicX supplies a team we select, manage day to day and check, with one point of contact.

Can a team deliver a whole project?

Yes. The team then works on a project with an agreed goal, plan and delivery, managed day to day by LogicX. Scope, plan and price are in the proposal. For a larger project we start with a short discovery of what needs to be built.

Can we start small?

Yes. A team can start with one specialist and grow when the work calls for it. We agree that in the proposal.
