LogicX offers IT leadership (interim, fractional CIO and fractional CTO), project recovery (Programme Recovery Review, Project Health Check, programme assurance and IT audit), ERP implementation with Odoo and ERPNext, AI and security, software delivery and IT support under one lead. You have one senior point of contact per engagement.
IT leadership
Senior IT leadership, full-time for a period or a fixed number of days a week.
Interim IT leadership
Your IT manager or CIO has gone, or a programme needs a leader now. Usually 4 to 5 days a week, 3 to 18 months. Day rate on request.

With a 30-minute call. You describe the situation, we ask questions, and by the end you know whether we can help and how. If you are weighing interim against fractional, we work that out in the same call.
What does a LogicX service cost?
It is agreed up front: a fixed price for a review or check, a fixed monthly fee for fractional roles and assurance, and a day rate on request for interim. ERP work starts with a paid discovery, after which you get a fixed price for the implementation. Where a starting price applies, it is on the service page. The exact amount is in the proposal.
Does LogicX deliver as well as advise?
Both. For Odoo and ERPNext we also do the implementation, a LogicX team builds, tests and delivers software, and we organise IT support and maintenance under one lead. After a review you are free to carry out the plan with us, with your current supplier or with someone else.
