AI and security

Know which AI your staff use and what data goes into it, with the most important measures first. And answer the security questions from customers covered by the Dutch Cybersecurity Act. Practical, with a fixed price, and no promise of certification.

What does an AI consultant from LogicX do?

An AI consultant from LogicX maps which AI tools your staff use and what data goes into them, then puts the most important measures first: rules per tool, training and a 90-day plan. We do not certify and we do not give legal advice.

What we do

What introducing AI safely means

Introducing AI safely means you know which AI tools are in use, by whom and with what data, and that rules, training and a plan go with that. The EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI to support AI literacy among their staff (Art. 4, since February 2025, amended in 2026). We do the inventory, an AI policy staff understand, training that fits how your people actually use AI, and a 90-day plan with the biggest risks first. Not legal advice: if you need it, we refer you to a lawyer.

What security means at LogicX

Security at LogicX is preparation, not certification. We help organisations answer security questionnaires from their customers and put the evidence in order. In the Netherlands that work is driven by the Cybersecurity Act (Cbw), Dutch law implementing the EU NIS2 directive; it sets no UK obligations and that service is offered in Dutch. If you are a Dutch-speaking supplier, see the NIS2 page in Dutch, or start with the free NIS2 quick scan.

What we don't do: penetration tests, a security operations centre, and the ISO 27001 certification itself. That is done by an accredited certification body. LogicX does not certify and does not guarantee compliance.

Frequently asked questions

Can we introduce AI safely ourselves?

Yes. The free AI quick scan shows where you stand in twelve questions. If you want LogicX to do the inventory, the policy and the training, that usually takes 2 to 4 weeks at a fixed price.

Do you give legal advice on the EU AI Act?

No. We describe what the rules ask of you in practice and help you arrange it. For a legal opinion we refer you to a lawyer.

Does the Dutch Cybersecurity Act apply to a UK company?

The Cbw is Dutch law implementing the EU NIS2 directive. It sets no obligations for UK companies by itself. A Dutch customer covered by it can still put security requirements in its contracts with you; that is a contract question, not a UK legal duty.
