What next
If you score low or in the middle and it concerns one project, the Project Health Check is the next step: in 5 working days you know where the project stands. If the project is already stuck, the Programme Recovery Review in 3 weeks. For all of your IT, there is the IT audit, usually 2 to 4 weeks: an independent review with a priority plan, not an audit opinion or assurance report.
