Privacy statement
How LogicX handles your data.
Who is responsible
Logicx FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, licence number 4417094.01, is responsible for the processing. LogicX is managed from the Netherlands. Send privacy questions to info@logi.cx.
What data we process
When you fill in the form or book a call: your name, work email and, if you provide them, your organisation, number of employees and message. We also store: the service you choose, the page you send the form from, the language of the site, any campaign codes (UTM) in the link that brought you to the site, and whether you saw a price indication. Quick scan answers stay in your browser. They are only sent if you submit the form, and then only the score and the scan type.
Why we do it
To answer your question and prepare a call. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, or the steps you take yourself towards an agreement with us.
Cookies and storage
We use no tracking or advertising cookies, so we show no cookie banner. We only store your light or dark theme choice in your browser, so the site remembers your preference.
Statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies, for counts of page views, referrers and country. We also count events ourselves, without personal data, with Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine: a click on a button, starting and finishing a quick scan, opening the booking page, seeing a price indication and a submitted form.
HubSpot (CRM, in the EU)
We store form data in HubSpot, in an account in the EU data centre. We use HubSpot to keep track of contacts and meetings, not to track visitors. The HubSpot tracking script is not on this site. For every form sent we receive a notification by email, in our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
Booking a call
The call button opens a HubSpot Meetings booking page on a HubSpot domain. HubSpot may set its own cookies there, under HubSpot's own policy. A booked call is also added to our calendar in Microsoft 365 through HubSpot.
Preventing spam, and hosting
We use Cloudflare for hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam in the form. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for that.
What we do not use
No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no services that link visitors to a company through their IP address.
Transfers outside the EEA
We keep your data in the EU wherever the provider allows it: HubSpot in its EU data centre, Microsoft 365 in the EU. Your data is not stored in the United Arab Emirates. Cloudflare, HubSpot and Microsoft are US companies. Where your data can reach the United States, they rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
As long as needed for our contact, and at most 24 months after the last contact.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and object. Email info@logi.cx. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
